The Contract was signed for combined design and construction of “Modular-type building design & build at the Kekava High School territory, 9 Gaismas Str., Kekava, Kekava Municipality” for the overall Contract amount of 2 457 400,00 EUR. Following the finalization of the project design, a positive expertise examination was obtained and construction works of main part of the building was initiated on the 5th February 2020.
The Contract rapid fulfillment was due to previous cooperation experience with Latvian Military, successfully realizing the largest modular-type building design and construction works in Northern Europe for NATO Battalion Battle Group.
